Registration closed

Registration for the docMOF 2018 symposium is now closed. We’d like to thank all applicants for the interest shown as well as for the high quality of their submissions.

By the submission deadline, we have received more than 150 submissions which, in addition to the invited keynote speakers, embrace a wide spectrum of topics covering all aspects of MOF research. With such an enthusiastic response, we are happy to see our event become an international meeting place for many young researchers in the MOF community.

We are in the process of reviewing the abstracts. Expect the acceptance emails before the March 1st deadline.

New keynote speaker : Silvia Bordiga

We would like to announce the 8th keynote speaker of docMOF, Silvia Bordiga.

A member of the Catalysis group at the Norwegian University of Oslo, she has been mainly devoted to the characterization of the physico-chemical properties of nanostructured materials with large surface area used as heterogeneous catalysts, photo-catalysts or materials for adsorption, separation and storage of gases.

We are proud to welcome her at our event.

Free accommodation for docMOF participants

It is with great pleasure that we announce that we are now able to cover accommodation costs costs for all participants.

To ensure that the booking process is validated correctly, please make sure to specify the code “DocMOF 2018” when you request your room. More details on available hotels on the Housing page.

We hope that this will help lower the barrier of entry for participants. We would also like to remind you that there is still time to send an abstract for both oral and poster presentations.

Registration Deadline Extended

We have decided to extend the deadline for abstract submission until the 16th of February 2018.

Keep in mind that the conference is open to all young researchers in the MOF field, from PhD students to postdocs and master students. The symposium is an excellent opportunity to showcase your work in a like-minded environment, as well as to interact with colleagues from different backgrounds.

Submit your abstracts now!
